About the role
You’ll play a key role in the daily operations of our office by:
- Welcoming clients and managing the front desk
- Answering phones and scheduling appointments accurately
- Handling general office and clerical tasks
- Communicating clearly and professionally with clients and team members
- Managing busy periods with a calm, organised approach
What We're Looking For - This role will suit someone who:
- Has recent experience in reception or clerical work
- Is confident with computers and office systems
- Takes pride in reliability, presentation, and professionalism
- Enjoys being part of a team and supporting others
- Is comfortable committing to set shifts during our peak tax season from mid‑June through to late October, including some weekend work
