Retail Programs Coordinator

What You'll Do: As our Retail Programs Coordinator, you'll be the backbone of our retail programs, supporting the National Retail Program Manager in all retail office-related national projects. You'll also collaborate with our Marketing team to plan exciting annual Local Area Marketing (LAM) events, and coordinate the design and supply of eye-catching office signage.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Reporting: Provide insightful reports on Retail Program projects and campaigns.
• Automation & Workflow: Streamline our processes 
• External partner relationships: Assist in managing relationships with referral partners.
• Communication: Coordinate and share updates through our national monthly newsletter.
• Pop-Up Offices: Support the setup of Pop-Up offices in shopping centers for tax season.
• Property Management: Maintain records and tracking of office provisioning.
• Guidebook Development: Create and update our Retail Programs Guidebook.
• Signage: Oversee office signage requests nationwide and design and supply of new signage.
• Event Planning: Plan and coordinate annual Local Area Marketing opportunities.
• Additional Tasks: Take on other exciting projects as assigned.
