At H&R Block’s Accounting & Advisory group, we’re on a mission to transform how technology supports our business and clients. We’re looking for a Business Systems Analyst who’s passionate about bridging the gap between business needs and smart tech solutions.

In this pivotal role, you’ll evaluate and enhance our ICT systems, streamline operations, and help us stay ahead in a fast-evolving digital landscape. If you're a strategic thinker with a knack for systems and a love for problem-solving, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Analyse and document business processes and workflows
• Identify inefficiencies and recommend system and process improvements
• Lead functional solution deployments, testing, and quality assurance
• Create user documentation and coordinate training
• Develop functional specs for internal teams and third-party vendors
• Manage data pipelines and reporting tools
• Maintain and configure systems like Class, XPM, HubSpot, Xero, MYOB, and more
• Collaborate with ICT teams and vendors to ensure system performance
• Oversee ICT hardware/software lifecycle and asset tracking
• Monitor licensing and billing for business-specific system

Qualifications

• Certificate IV in Information Communications Technology (minimum)
• Desirable: CompTIA A+, Networking+, Security+
• Desirable: Microsoft Certified Professional or similar
• Desirable: Bachelor’s Degree in ICT or related field
