We have casual work available in Field Support Centre in Mitcham Vic.

About the role

The successful candidates will be based in our Field Support Centre’s located in Mitcham, Vic.  You will be responsible for the reviewing of returns prepared for both individuals and small business by our experienced tax consultants. Training will be provided on the reviewing process.

This job is perfect for tax agents looking for flexible work hours who have availability of 3-5 days per week.

Systems training will be provided from late June to get you ready for the tax season. 

Key Responsibilities

• Review tax returns for accuracy and compliance before lodgement.
• Ensure all required documentation is complete and correctly matched.
• Verify deductions, PAYG summaries, rental and capital gains worksheets, and more.
• Check for ATO pre-fill usage and ensure all client authorizations are in place.
• Provide clear feedback to Tax Consultants on any required corrections.

Candidates should:

• Be reliable and flexible.
• Have good verbal and written communication skills.
• Be detail oriented.
